I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. I have trained in some of Australia's finest restaurants before following my own path and I am excited to bring my vision to life with Urban Bites. I am passionate about food and I love nothing more than seeing the soulful joy on my customers faces. Starting a food truck is more than a career change for me, it’s a leap toward freedom, creativity and sharing my food with the community on my own terms.
